We will be conducting a final Online Auction beginning Wednesday, Dec 16th @ 8 PM thru Monday, Dec 21st @ 6 PM to settle this estate. Lots of great items including coins, furniture, cordless power tools hand tools, exercise items, stereoes & electronics, modern living decor, artwork, household & kitchen, holiday decorations, and much more! This will be our last auction at this location. New location announcement coming soon!! Pickup Hours will be Wednesday, Dec 23rd from 4 PM - 7 PM. Items will need to be picked up at 1855 Airport Road, Midland, MI 48642 (between DeWitt Lumber & Premier Tile & Stone). If you are unable to make this pickup date, please refrain from bidding or contact us prior to make other arrangements as we are moving out of this building after pickups. Preview times will be will be Saturday, Dec 19th from 9 AM - 11 AM. We will offer shipping for this auction. We do ask that you contact us after the auction closes with a reply to the emailed invoice if you would like your items shipped. Buyer will pay all shipping, packaging & insurance costs. All items will ship UPS Ground, NO EXCEPTIONS!

The buyer agrees and is responsible for every bid amount placed. AUCTION ENDING: Beginning at the stated closing time, the auction software will conclude bidding for one lot every few seconds in catalog order with the following exception: if a bid is placed in the last two (2) minutes remaining for that auction lot, bidding for that lot will automatically extend the auction for additional two (2) minutes. Some lots may be grouped together so that a bid on one lot will extend the time on all lots in that group. An e-mail of invoice will be sent to the winning bidder/buyer of each auction after auction has completely closed.
